Concentration

Did you ever use meditation as a means to develop your ability to do “hard concentration”? Thank you so much for being on the call! Also, thank you Elaine B. for your comments, too. They were also very helpful.

    While I do meditate, the main purpose of which is to raise my consciousness, I think the techniques learned to clear your mind of distractions while meditating are useful for focusing your mind for other purposes as well.
    Whenever you notice your mind wandering, just acknowledge it and return to the task at hand. This will take practice over some period of time. You will get better at it gradually, so keep up the effort.
